Bronze" swimming course for advanced swimmers

The course consists of 5 days of 100 minutes swimming training in a private swimming pool. Afterwards, the children have lunch together and return to Stalburgstraße as a group.

The course is aimed at children who have already completed their seahorse badge.

Breaststroke with arms and legs is a prerequisite!

If your child meets the following requirements at the end of the course, they can take the bronze badge straight away:

- jump from the edge of the pool and 15 minutes of continuous swimming. At least 200 m must be swum, of which 150 m must be breaststroke and 50 m backstroke. The change of water position must take place during the swim without holding on.

- Approx. 2m deep dive with retrieval of an object from the surface of the water.

- Jump from a height of 1m or take-off jump.

- Knowledge of the swimming rules.
