The Citykrippe is centrally located between the main railway station and Theresienwiese. We offer space for 48 children aged 9 weeks to 3 years. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.

Our concept

The pme Familienservice , with its high quality standards, is responsible for the day-to-day operation, staff selection and monitoring of the educational work. Since 01.01.2020, our crèche has been operated under the Munich Funding Formula and is therefore open to all children.

Our aim is for your children to feel at home with us! Particularly important to us are

• an educational program in accordance with the Bavarian education and upbringing plan
• Active promotion of language development
• a playful way to get to know foreign languages
• Pedagogically high-quality play materials with a stimulating character
• Little Scientists' House - teaching about the environment and nature / animal education
• Media education
• Development of children's body awareness through free and targeted exercise according to Pikler and Hengstenberg
• Good balance between free play and targeted educational activities
• Transparency in day-to-day childcare and intensive communication with parents
• Documentation of the development steps

Our team

We are happy that an experienced team has been looking after the children entrusted to us with full commitment for many years. The Citykrippe team is made up of qualified teachers, social education workers, educators, nursery nurses and trainees. Two in-house housekeepers take care of the children's meals and the cleaning of the crèche.

We are pleased to cooperate with our direct neighbors, the Heimerer Schools in Munich, and to welcome interns from there who are training to become educators.

Our room concept

The children have an area of 675 square meters at their disposal in two quietly located building units. Outside, there are two urban courtyards. A playground and the Theresienwiese are in the immediate vicinity. The bright rooms are designed to be multifunctional, with clear structures providing orientation for the children. The furniture and play equipment are highly stimulating and encourage the children to explore independently. In the open space, the children can act out their urge to move and be creative. The island, jungle, sun and flower groups are designed with appropriate colors and interior design and have a comfortable and stimulating atmosphere.

Nutrition

The health of the children is very important to us, which is why a healthy and balanced range of meals is a matter of course. We attach particular importance to a varied menu as well as fresh and high-quality food from organic and regional cultivation.
