Our back-up service - support in exceptional cases

Companies have the opportunity to purchase contingents for back-up care in emergency and problem situations (e.g. childminder is ill, childcare center closed, extra work, no suitable vacation care).

The opening hours of the back-up are consistently family-oriented and, with a corresponding contract, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We look after the children of employees and students aged between 2 months and 12 years at short notice in emergency and problem situations. A healthy full board is provided.

A call to the office of Familienservice Hannover or to the nationwide service hotline (0800-801007080) is all it takes to register the child for the day in question. If the telephone booking is made by 6 p.m. the day before at the latest, we guarantee childcare for the following day.

Our carers: competent, caring and committed

The children are in good hands with us. Experienced, pedagogically qualified caregivers offer a reliable framework and respond to the children individually. We meet regularly as a team and take part in further training.
 

Rooms and equipment: friendly, stimulating, suitable for children

The premises for back-up, crèche and AüG in Große Düwelstraße offer a lot of space for the children and staff with approx. 730 square meters. In addition to the six spacious group rooms and the adjoining bedrooms or quiet rooms, there is a large exercise room of 80 m² with plenty of space to move around. Built-in platform landscapes playfully encourage various movement sequences.

An outdoor area of approx. 600 square meters, designed with children in mind, encourages discovery, movement and experimentation.

The facility is easily accessible by public transport, but is not located directly on a main road. There is a subway stop nearby. Short-term parking spaces are available for dropping off and picking up.
 

Authorized users and costs

Our back-up is available free of charge to employees and all students of our contracted companies. 

Unless your company's contract stipulates other restrictions, our back-ups can be booked for a maximum of 20 days/calendar year per child.
