GERRY WEBER International GmbH is sending out a clear signal for a better work-life balance with its company-related childcare center in cooperation with pme Familienservice .

"We are delighted to be able to implement the project with pme Familienservice . The concept convinced us because pme Familienservice has a lot of experience in setting up company-related childcare centers and we can therefore offer our employees the necessary flexibility," says Gerhard Weber.

The children are looked after by highly qualified educational staff. The group forms are based on the KiBiz and offer places for children up to the age of six in six groups - three U3 groups and three Ü3 groups. In addition, childcare center makes some of its places available to children from Hall whose parents are not employed by GERRY WEBER International AG.

Gerry Weber childcare center offers children, families and the team many special features that often go beyond the usual standards:

Special organizational features:

• Opening hours: 07:30 - 17:00 (Fridays until 16:00)

• Childcare times: flexible; depend on the needs of the families - the compatibility of career and private life of the families has absolute priority!

• Catering: Breakfast, lunch and a small snack are included in the daily meals, as well as fresh fruit and vegetables from local organic farms at all times - sometimes even from the children's own garden

• Cooperation with the city of Halle and the district of GT: In cooperation with the municipality and the district, a company-oriented facility was created that even transcended municipal and state borders (especially the associated financial regulations).
