Uniper Global Commodities SE and ERGO Group AG have opened their joint childcare facility in Düsseldorf, where the head offices of both companies are located, in cooperation with pme Familienservice . The E-Kids are two family crèches. A maximum of nine children are cared for by two childminders in each of the two large daycare centers.

For those involved, the E-Kids are a measure to improve the compatibility of work and family life. This shows the growing importance of childcare for working parents. The effect? Better motivated and productive employees who work more efficiently and flexibly!

Children under the age of three are looked after until the transition to kindergarten - naturally in accordance with the quality standards of the pme Familienservice in educationally child-friendly rooms. This also includes employee-friendly opening hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with no closing times during school vacations. The childcare takes place on the premises of ERGO Group AG. The companies finance the rooms and the ongoing operating costs - the pme Familienservice takes care of training the childminders and organizes the care. In their educational work, the childminders are guided by the pme Familienservice concept.

Due to the proximity of the two companies, in-house care guarantees parents optimal care directly at their place of work.
