We used this positive experience to develop the idea of the placement bonus.

Every person who recommends a new team member to us receives the bonus

Recommend our childcare centers as an employer and we will reward you with one of the following bonuses:

• 4 hours babysitter
• 1 day in our vacation program
• 1 day of back-up care (emergency care) for your child
• 1 participation in a specialist lecture (live/virtual)
• 4 hours cleaning at your home
• 1 Legal advice from lawyers
