You can rely on the quality of Global Education -childcare centers . We ensure this with continuous quality assurance, state-of-the-art technical solutions, transparency and partnership with parents.
The teams and specialist advisors continuously review the quality of our pedagogical work using the criteria of the National Criteria Catalog (NKK) and develop it further on this basis.
Our child protection mission
The protection of children's rights and the best interests of the child is part of the statutory educational and care mandate of child daycare facilities (Section 22 (3) SGB VIII). Our Global Education protection concept ensures that the legal mandate to protect the welfare of children is implemented by all employees. Each facility has at least one internally trained child protection officer.
"BeDo" - the observation documentation for parents and child
We want to publicize our educational work to parents and establish good communication and transparency. This is achieved through a variety of discussions during the settling-in period and in the regular development meetings.
With "BeDo", we have developed an observation and documentation tool for children and parents especially for our childcare centers , which focuses on the strengths and interests of the individual child. The observations on all areas of development as well as on special topics that concern the child are underpinned with numerous photos.
In addition, a so-called BeDo folder or portfolio is created for each child. In addition to the child's self-painted works, there is also space for thematic sheets that are worked on together with the child.
Documentation and communication system "nemBørn"
At our childcare centers , we use nemBørn software that has been specially adapted to our needs. This makes it easier for us to organize our work with functions such as attendance lists and daily logs, while also allowing parents to participate in their child's life at childcare center . For example, parents can use their smartphone to view information about the day's progress, view photos or send messages, for example about illness and vacations, quickly and easily.
Complaints procedure for children and guardians
Through a participatory approach and various communication options such as children's conferences, discussion groups and one-to-one meetings, we give the children the opportunity to express their wishes and needs. We are also aware of the children's expressions of dissatisfaction and work with them to find solutions.
Parents can make suggestions and complaints directly to the staff, the management or the provider at any time, either in person or via the parents' council. They are asked about how they feel at the facility during regular development meetings and feedback sessions at parents' evenings. In addition, an online parent satisfaction survey is carried out once a year. We take the suggestions for improvement mentioned here as an opportunity for optimization.
