We looked for him and found him: 'DigiBen' Benjamin Hendrik Mahl now explains his digital world to us. Which app is hot right now? Which digital anklet shows us whether we've had enough sleep? Which tool tells us how the other person is feeling?
 

At pme, we were looking for a young digital mentor to explain his digital world to us. Benjamin-Hendrik Mahl is 23 years old and works as an educational specialist at the pme childcare center "Sternchen" in Esslingen. Benjamin has almost completed his degree in social work. In his bachelor's thesis on "Digitalization in social work", he uses a self-designed questionnaire to analyse how pme childcare center managers view digitalization. "Most of them are excited about the future with regard to the use of digital media in everyday pedagogical work," reveals Benjamin. "For me, digital devices and their many uses also play a big role in my private life. As a 'DigiBen', I would like to introduce you to my favorite technical gadgets and apps in the near future," says our young expert.
