The "Fiskulino" day care center at the Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt) offers childcare close to the workplace based on the concept of child day care.
This in-house care offers parents care directly at their place of work under optimal management by the provider "pme Familienservice Bonn", which takes care of staff training and all organizational matters. It is the interface between the BZSt, childminders, parents and children.

As an attractive employer, the BZSt offers good framework conditions for reconciling family and career. This personnel policy is intended to increase the job satisfaction of employees and support the recruitment of new employees. The BZSt thus makes an important contribution to greater family friendliness.
The "day care on our own premises" is therefore a good measure for a better work-life balance. This shows the growing importance of childcare for working parents. The effect? Better motivated and productive employees who work more efficiently and flexibly!

In the "Fiskulino" premises, up to 5 employees' children aged between approx. 4 months and three years are looked after by two childminders at the same time.
The children are looked after until the transition to kindergarten - naturally in accordance with the quality standards of the pme Familienservice in educationally child-friendly rooms.
The day care center is located in House VI of the BZSt at Plantanenweg 41 in Bonn-Beuel.
 

Premises

There are 2 play, exercise and quiet rooms equipped with a kitchenette, gym equipment etc., a baby changing room and a hallway. In the generously proportioned rooms, the children have sufficient space, play and learning materials at their disposal. There are also quiet areas where they can cuddle up and sleep.

In almost any weather, the children can go out into the fresh air either in the "Fiskulino" garden with its swings, sandpit, playhouse and slide or for a walk.
 

Concept

The way to a child's well-being is through their stomach. That's why we attach particular importance to a healthy, balanced diet that is suitable for children.
As "Fiskulino" mainly looks after children under the age of three, early education plays a key role. Language and movement are encouraged. The focus is also on artistic and creative development and training perception with all the senses. Elements of psychomotor skills as well as wooden play and gymnastics equipment based on E. Pikler's pedagogical approach are offered.

Opening hours and information

The day care center is open Monday to Friday from 7:45 to 16:30. This excludes public holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve as well as 25 closing days per kindergarten year.
