Mental Load: How you can sustainably reduce daily overload
Mental load describes the invisible, often unequal responsibility for organizing and managing everyday life. From coordinating appointments to household planning and emotional support - this constant cognitive load often leads to stress, exhaustion and frustration. In this presentation, we will shed light on the psychological background of mental load and show how it affects mental health. We will also present practical strategies for reducing mental load - for more equal distribution and less stress in everyday life. The lecture is aimed at anyone who wants to recognize their mental load and find new ways to make their tasks more sustainable and collaborative.
