Feel your own boundaries: The loving parental "No!"
Boundaries give children a sense of direction, they provide support and promote development. That makes sense and that's how many parents want to practice it. But somehow it doesn't quite work in everyday life...
The speaker offers a new perspective here. What if we didn't burden the relationship with walls and prohibitions, but instead formulated and demonstrated our own boundaries?
The prerequisite for this is that we know our boundaries and sense when they have been reached. We need an "early warning system" - a system that reminds us in good time before our patience runs out.
Loving parenting means being authentic and clear with children about your own needs and boundaries, using personal language and considering the value of a "no".
The speaker Anna Kipp-Menke (familylab seminar leader, systemic consultant and supervisor) cordially invites you to this change of perspective.
