Our claim

The 3K - Children, Art, Culture works according to the nationwide quality concept of the pme Familienservice and is audited and certified annually. As part of our educational concept, we place particular emphasis on art and culture, which the children are introduced to in a playful and child-friendly way. For example, works by great artists such as Monet or Klee are exhibited so that the children can experience them and are encouraged to emulate them.

Classical music by Mozart, Tchaikovsky or Grieg is not just for the ears of adults. Prepared in an age-appropriate way, it also brings great joy to many children.
Our childminders take plenty of time to read aloud. In this way, new knowledge is imparted and the children are introduced to literature.

Schoolchildren have the opportunity to access the pages of all children's universities via the computer. They can research at will and find suggestions and support for all school subjects. Of course, the counselors are also available to advise them.
 

We introduce young children to science in a very playful and exciting way. Children also need reliable caregivers and other children in order to develop and gain social experience. This includes building mutual respect and understanding, patience and consideration as well as learning non-violent conflict resolution strategies.
 

It is important to us to create an environment for the children in which they feel comfortable and which gives them security and orientation. Childcare in exceptional cases or in acute crises is often a difficult situation for children. This is why we offer open days to help children settle in. The selection of caregivers is the basis for ensuring that we look after each individual child in a loving and supportive manner.
 

Rooms and equipment: friendly, stimulating, suitable for children

The 3K - Kinder, Kunst, Kultur Back-up is located directly in the city center of Mainz. The lovingly furnished rooms of the Back-up invite children to read, paint, do handicrafts, do their schoolwork or play freely. There is also a bedroom for rest and relaxation. Our 3K has an attractive outdoor area in the parish garden. Here the children can pursue their natural urge to move freely.

Nutrition: child-friendly and fresh
 

The 3K - Back-up has an educational kitchen, i.e. all meals are prepared together with the children. We attach particular importance to a healthy, vitamin-rich and child-friendly diet.
