We continuously optimize the quality of our work both internally and externally. To this end, we are in close contact with our clients and customers and systematically provide feedback on the quality of our work to the users of our services. The positive results of our regular evaluation of customer satisfaction with our advisory and placement services, the support provided in our facilities and our vacation programs confirm the high quality of our services.
Since 2008, all of our branches and childcare facilities have been undergoing a regular certification process in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The certification relates to quality management for the following business areas:
- Work-life balance offerings through consulting and placement services in the areas of childcare, homecare eldercare and life coaching
- Family-oriented childcare facilities for children aged 0-12 years
- Back-up facilities for flexible childcare for children aged 0-12 years
- Promotion of youth and adult education in the areas of basic, further and advanced training
In order to review and continuously develop our quality standards, we carry out annual internal audits in all of our branches and childcare facilities. This enables us to guarantee a uniformly high level of quality in our work processes throughout Germany. All pme Familienservice products have their own standards and process chains, compliance with which and any need for further development are reviewed annually in internal and external audits.
