If childcare is unexpectedly unavailable, working parents immediately have a functioning safety net via our back-ups in the north. "Desperate calls" or unplanned vacation days are history for employees whose employers offer our emergency childcare.

Our CompanyKids Back-up Hamburg facility provides employees of our contractual partners who have purchased this service with a highly flexible childcare solution in the event of shortages. Please contact your employer to find out whether they provide this service.

Parents' day in our back-up 

On the first Saturday of every month, our CompanyKids Back-up Hamburg facility is open to parents who are visiting their child in another city. Here, parents and children can play together or take a break in a cozy atmosphere.

Our parent days are free of charge and can be used by all employees of our contracted companies. The offer is specially designed for separated parents who are visiting their child in another city. In our back-up, they can play with their child in a quiet atmosphere, relax or take a break between excursions. Our back-up is furnished in a child-friendly way and equipped with a variety of play materials and books. Tables, cooking facilities and crockery are also available so that children can have a snack together with food they have brought with them.
