Seahorse beginners' swimming course
Topic:
The course consists of 5 days of 100 minutes swimming training in a private swimming pool. Afterwards, the children have lunch together and return to Stalburgstraße as a group.
Previous experience is not necessary, but the child should be at least 90 cm tall and already be used to water (= not afraid of splashing in the water / water in the face).
If your child meets the following requirements at the end of the course, they can take the seahorse badge straight away:
- Jump from the edge of the pool
- Swim 25 m without aids with visible exhalation into the water
- Bring up an object from shoulder-deep water by hand
Important: The child must have experience and no problems with water on their face (e.g. due to showering)!
