Emergency care: an employer benefit that pays off

By providing emergency care in our back-up facilities and in private homes, employers relieve their employees, boost their performance and reduce absenteeism. Employees can use these services if their employer has concluded a corresponding contract with us. As an employer, take advantage of this opportunity to support your employees quickly and easily in the event of care bottlenecks.

Back-up center (0 - 12 years) 

Our back-up facilities (emergency daycare centers) for children aged 0 to 12 are the ideal childcare solution for working parents if, for example, childcare is needed spontaneously due to illness of the childminder, vacation closures, business trips or appointments at short notice. The childcare teams adapt to the group every day and ensure that the day is a great experience with age-appropriate activities. If you call by 18:00, childcare is guaranteed for the next day.

Emergency care in a private household 

If children need to be cared for at home in their familiar surroundings in the event of a childcare shortage, our emergency childminders are on hand. They come to the family's home and provide loving care to ensure that the children feel completely at ease. Care is available around the clock and at weekends if required. We select our caregivers according to high quality standards: These include a personal interview, questionnaire, health certificate, police clearance certificate, certificates and references.

Virtual childcare & virtual back-up (6 - 12 years) 

Do your employees work from home and need a few hours of peace and quiet to concentrate on their work? Are the children also at home and looking forward to a change? Our online childcare for children aged 6 to 12 makes it possible. Together with others, the children sing, play, read and do arts and crafts in small groups. Experienced caregivers provide fun and an interesting program to participate in.

Book emergency care easily and at any time via our nationwide hotline. If you would like to book emergency care in a private household, we will be happy to advise you on fees, forms of employment and health insurance funding options. We also accompany the families during the ongoing care and support them with all questions and problems. Solution-oriented and absolutely confidential!
