Group coaching: The care challenge! - Is it just me who feels left alone?

Taking on caring responsibilities can occur very spontaneously or be a gradual process. Family caregivers are affected as laypersons and (usually) find themselves unprepared to deal with care-related issues.
This and emotional aspects can result in multiple burdens and even lead to conflicts. And not all people in need of care are willing to accept support. Taking care of oneself as a relative and setting appropriate boundaries are further challenges.
The three events focus on possible support structures (care insurance, care options...) and possible strategies for managing the balancing act between demands and self-care.
We start each event with a short keynote speech and then offer plenty of space for discussion with other people affected.
