Reconciliation guide for care and work
The group of employees who take on care tasks alongside their work is growing steadily. The current care crisis is exacerbating the situation. As a result, the issue of care and work is playing an increasingly important role in companies.
By training employees to become "Company Care and Work Compatibility Guides", they have the opportunity to establish a low-threshold offer with a signal effect for their employees. The successfully trained guides receive a certificate from the Hamburg Alliance for Families, an initiative of the Senate, Chamber of Commerce and Chamber of Crafts.
The next training course will take place on March 26 and 27, 2025 at the academy of pme Familienservice Hamburg in HafenCity.
The whole package includes a two-day classroom training course, two webinars to exchange practical experience at intervals of approx. 3 months, an information folder and individual advice if required.
Costs
- Price for companies with more than 50 employees per person € 795 plus VAT.
