Aggression - so important and at the same time a dangerous taboo

Aggression is often undesirable in our society, especially among our children. Aggressive behavior is considered taboo and is discriminated against. The prevailing opinion is that aggressive children are problem children. At the same time, we are often confronted with our own aggression and often don't know where it comes from or how to deal with it. In this presentation, Nicole Klenk, familylab seminar leader, shows what we do by suppressing these legitimate feelings, how important it is to allow them and how we can deal with them in concrete terms.

It's about a change of perspective: aggression is an important emotion that we need to decode, otherwise we are putting our children's health, self-esteem and self-confidence at risk.
