3. web analysis, cookies and local storage
Data is collected and stored on this website for marketing and optimization purposes. This data can be used to create user profiles under a pseudonym. Cookies and local storage entries can be used for this purpose. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer when you visit a website. Local storage entries consist of data that is also stored on your computer and can continue to exist and be read after closing the browser window or exiting the program - provided they do not delete the cache. Cookies make it possible to adapt our website to the interests of the user or to store user data so that it does not have to be re-entered by the user each time.
The data from the local storage allows you to continue your conversations in our chat modules. You also have the option of saving your personal data for future event registrations by actively agreeing to this in our event calendar.
The following data is stored:
- Status of the chat widget
- Page visits and views

You can manage local storage content in the browser via the settings for "History" or "Local data", depending on which browser you use. We would like to point out that this may result in functional restrictions.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data using "first-party cookies" is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The legal basis for the processing of personal data using "third-party cookies" is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
4. safety precautions

In addition, the servers on which personal data is stored are located in a specially secured data center.
5. external "links"
As a service provider in accordance with the Digital Services Act (DDG), pme Familienservice is responsible for its own content that it makes available for use in accordance with general laws.
A distinction must be made between this own content and references to external content from other providers ("links"). By providing such references, pme Familienservice does not adopt the external content as its own. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for this external content.
At the time of the initial link, the linked content was checked for possible legal violations. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law.
As soon as pme Familienservice becomes aware of illegal content on linked pages, it will remove such links immediately.
6. third-party providers - analytics, maps, marketing, messenger & social media
6.1 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").
The use of Google Analytics is based exclusively on your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.
The purpose of processing is to statistically analyze user behavior in order to optimize our online offering, improve user-friendliness, and detect errors.
For this purpose, the following information, among other things, is processed:
- pages accessed
- length of stay
- devices and browsers used
- approximate location data (based on truncated IP addresses)
- Origin of visitors (referrer URLs)
The IP address is anonymized by default, so that a direct reference to a person is excluded.
During processing, data may also be transferred to the USA. In such cases, Google relies on the EU standard contractual clauses and additional technical and organizational protective measures.
Further information on data processing by Google can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
6.2 Use of Google Remarketing
This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA. The function is used to present interest-based advertisements to website visitors within the Google advertising network. A so-called "cookie" is stored in the website visitor's browser, which makes it possible to recognize the visitor when he or she visits websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these pages, the visitor may be presented with advertisements that relate to content that the visitor has previously accessed on websites that use Google's remarketing function.
According to its own information, Google does not collect any personal data during this process. However, if you do not wish to use Google's remarketing function, you can always deactivate it by making the appropriate settings at www.google.com. Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies for interest-based advertising via the advertising network initiative by following the instructions at www.networkadvertising.org.
6.3 Use of Google Maps
This website uses the Google Maps map service, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), to display interactive maps and create directions.
Google Maps is only integrated after you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TTDSG. Google Maps will not be loaded without your consent.
By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website, including your IP address, may be transmitted to Google servers and processed there. This may also involve the transfer of personal data to the USA. In such cases, Google relies on the EU standard contractual clauses and additional technical and organizational protective measures.
We have no influence on the type and scope of data processing by Google. For more information about data processing by Google, please refer to Google's privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
The terms of use for Google Maps can be found at: https://www.google.com/intl/de/help/terms_maps/
6.4 Use of Facebook links
Our website contains links to the social network Facebook, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Facebook"). The links are recognizable by the Facebook logo.
These are purely links. Only when you actively click on the respective link will a connection to Facebook's servers be established.
By clicking on the link, Facebook receives the information that you have visited the corresponding page of our website. In doing so, personal data, in particular your IP address, may be transferred to Meta's servers and processed there. If you are logged into your Facebook account, Facebook can assign the visit to your user account. If you do not want this, please log out of your Facebook account before clicking on the link.
We have no influence on the type, scope, and purpose of data processing by Facebook. For more information on data processing and your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy at: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/

The aforementioned data is also forwarded by WhatsApp to servers in the USA and processed by WhatsApp in accordance with the WhatsApp privacy policy, which also includes processing for their own purposes, such as improving the WhatsApp service.
We process your phone number, your name, and other data you have provided, as well as the content of your inquiry or message, in order to process your request and respond to any queries you may have.
The basis for this processing and the transmission to WhatsApp in this context is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 b) GDPR, insofar as your request concerns an existing contractual relationship with us or serves to initiate such a contractual relationship. Otherwise, this data processing is based on consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) GDPR. We take your interests into account by the fact that communication via WhatsApp is only an additional option. Of course, you can also contact us by other means, for example by phone call, email or via our contact form on the website. In addition, where possible, we use a separate device for the contact option via WhatsApp, in which only the contact details of the inquirers who communicate with us via WhatsApp are stored, so that WhatsApp only receives data from inquirers who voluntarily use the service.

The data collected during live chat, in particular chat content, IP address, and metadata, is stored and processed on Userlike servers in Germany. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest) in order to enable, simplify, and improve communication with you.
For quality assurance and improvement of our services, chat conversations may be evaluated on a random basis by our IT staff or quality management. This is done with due regard for confidentiality and only to the extent necessary, also on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
Further information on data protection at Userlike can be found here: https://www.userlike.com/de/terms#privacy-policy
