De-escalation - dealing safely with aggression in conflict situations

The diversity of human needs leads to differences of opinion and conflicts when working together. The pandemic, which has now lasted for many years, and the seemingly never-ending period of global crises are also increasing the willingness of many people to engage in conflict and violence, leading to stress and uncertainty in the working environment. This presentation aims to sensitize the audience to dealing with aggressive conflict situations with confidence. The focus is on understanding the origins of aggression, recognizing the stages of de-escalation and learning effective communication and behavioural strategies.
