Communication with parents (LeSy)

Communication with parents is an essential part of the educational work in our facilities. In this course, you will learn how to conduct conversations with parents professionally and sensitively - even when it comes to challenging topics. Using practical examples, you will learn how to create a positive atmosphere, focus on the child's needs and find solutions together with the parents. The methods and formulation aids presented will help you to build a trusting parenting partnership. Particular attention is paid to critical parent-teacher discussions in the context of suspected child endangerment. The course is aimed at all employees in children's services.
