Collegial professional exchange: Conflicts in care situations

In childminding, childminders encounter conflicts every day - between children, between the childminder and the child or in discussions with parents. Such situations are part of everyday life and also offer many learning moments. In this peer-to-peer professional exchange, we will look at how conflicts can be managed constructively in daycare settings. We will provide a compact knowledge input on the topic of conflicts and introduce methods that help to remain capable of acting in everyday life and to manage tensions positively. This is followed by a peer-to-peer exchange: participants contribute their own experiences, reflect on everyday situations together and develop new perspectives for dealing with conflicts - openly, practically and with a view to the opportunities that lie in every challenge.
