Time and again, we are confronted with developmental abnormalities in daycare children and are unsure whether and how we can communicate this to parents without damaging the trusting educational partnership.

We address this topic using a specific guideline and thus gain ideas for dealing with developmental abnormalities that can be used again and again in everyday childcare.
