Conflicts in care situations

In childcare, conflicts are a natural part of everyday life, whether between children, between children and caregivers or in exchanges with parents. The course "Conflicts in childcare situations" offers practical approaches for recognizing conflict situations at an early stage and dealing with them constructively. Methods for de-escalation, communication techniques and ways to strengthen social skills are presented. Participants learn how to defuse tensions and create an atmosphere of trust and openness.

A certificate of attendance for 3 teaching units will be issued for this event upon successful completion of the course.
