Seeing diversity as a success factor is economically necessary in order to recognize and utilize all talents.
It is essential to understand the perspective of customers, who are becoming increasingly diverse and faster in their decisions, so the workforce must also be more diverse and flexible. Finding heterogeneous teams is a central goal of diversity management measures. Scientific studies show that diverse teams are more innovative, agile and economically successful. It is often not just about visible differences in personality. Religious affiliation, sexual orientation and invisible skills and talents that develop and change over the course of a person's life also play a role.
