From tiger sports and guided imagery to mindfulness exercises, young and old alike learn in a playful way to better understand their feelings and appreciate the little things in life.

All episodes are available on demand—anytime and as often as you like.
The grand finale is the recording of the online world premiere of the family musical "The Mindful Tiger," based on the book of the same name published by Mentor Verlag.
