By train

From the main station take the S 1, S 6 or S 68 or the U 74, U 77 or U 79 to the Düsseldorf-Oberbilk S stop.

The office is located directly next to the S-Bahn (right through the tunnel) or above the subway stop.

By car

Coming from the south

Take the A 3 or A 59 onto the A 46 towards Düsseldorf, exit Düsseldorf-Wersten. Turn right into Kölner Landstraße and drive straight on until you see the Mitsubishi Electric Hall on the left.

Follow the railroad underpass. The Familienservice is located in the first house on the left after the underpass.

Coming from the north

Via the A 52, exit / end Mörsenbroicher Ei. Take the B8 towards the city center until you reach Oberbilker Markt. Turn left into Kölner Straße and continue straight on to Stoffeler Straße. This road branches off to the right from Kölner Straße. Siegburger Straße follows after the crossroads. Before the railroad bridge on the right is Familienservice.
