By car

Coming from the north

Leave the A7 Kassel-Nord and drive in the direction of Flughafen KS-Calden/Niestetal/KS-Stadtmitte. Keep right at the fork, follow the signs to Kassel/Flughafen Kassel-Calden/Niestetal-Sandershausen and take Dresdener Straße.

Continue on Dresdener Straße. At the traffic circle, take the first exit (Leipziger Straße). Turn left onto Brüderstraße/B3. Turn right onto Fünffensterstraße. Turn left onto Friedrich-Engels-Straße and continue to Königstor, then turn right and take the first left onto Hermannstraße.
 

Coming from the east

From the B7 take the A44 to Kassel/Hess. Lichtenau. Keep right.
At exit 77-Hessisch Lichtenau-Mitte take the Leipziger Straße/B7 in the direction of Kassel/Hess. Lichtenau/Spangenberg. Continue on the B7. At the traffic circle, take the second exit (Leipziger Straße).

Turn left onto Brüderstraße/B3. Turn right onto Fünffensterstraße. Continue on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. Turn left onto Friedrich-Engels-Straße and continue to Königstor, then turn right and take the first left onto Hermannstraße.
 

Coming from the south

Leave the A7 and take exit 5 - Kassel/Auestadion. At the Auestadion/B3 merge into the direction of Kassel-Stadtmitte. Continue on the B3. Keep left and turn onto Fünffensterstraße. Continue on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. Turn left onto Friedrich-Engels-Straße and continue to Königstor, then turn right and take the first left onto Hermannstraße.

Coming from the west

Leave the A44 and take exit 68 - Kassel/Bad Wilhelmshöhe - onto the B520. Take Konrad-Adenauer-Straße in the direction of the city center. From Druseltalstraße, take Kohlenstraße and then Wittrockstraße. Turn left onto Querallee. Turn right onto Friedrich-Ebert-Straße. Next turn right onto Friedrich-Engels-Straße and continue to Königstor, then turn right and take the first left onto Hermannstraße.

By train

From the ICE train station Kassel/Wilhelmshöhe take streetcar 4 (direction Hess. Lichtenau) and get off at the Karthäuserstraße stop. Walk back approx. 100 m and turn right into Friedrich-Engels-Straße, turn right into Königstor and then left into Hermannstraße.
The walking time is approx. 15 minutes.

From the ICE train station Kassel/Wilhelmshöhe it is also possible to take streetcar 1 (direction Vellmar) or streetcar 3 (direction Ihringshäuserstraße) and get off at the Weigelstraße stop.
get off at the Weigelstraße stop and walk a few meters back to Hermannstraße.
The walking time is approx. 15 minutes.
