Our focus is on the children and young people! Our fundamental aim is to impart knowledge with fun and without pressure. We develop high-quality, age-appropriate activities that focus on having fun and encouraging children and young people.

Our activities offer a varied mix of exercise and creative activities as well as excursions and periods of free play and rest. The children and young people are looked after in age-appropriate groups.

When designing a company-supported childcare program, we work with you to select a focus that suits your company. For example, children and young people can get to know other cultures in our "Around the world in five days" theme week or actively engage with nature conservation in the "Nature detectives" project.

This includes a personal interview, a detailed CV, references, proof of good health and a police clearance certificate. All of our caregivers are at least 18 years old and have sound experience in working with children and young people.

All employees receive regular training for their work in our vacation team and take part in a first aid course for children at least every two years. In addition, the pme Familienservice provides the childcare staff with a wide range of training opportunities with different pedagogical focuses.

The on-site supervision team is headed by a pedagogical specialist or a supervisor who has several years of experience in running the vacation programs of pme Familienservice GmbH.

The pme Familienservice is liable during the vacation care in accordance with the statutory provisions and undertakes to maintain and retain liability insurance and private accident insurance for the children cared for.

To this end, we visit the childcare facilities, assess them in terms of child-friendly equipment and appropriate size and research excursion options in the surrounding area.

The cost of vacation care depends on the age and number of children to be cared for, the desired care time and the local conditions and wishes.
