Life as a parent of children with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) can often be challenging and uncertain. Many of you feel alone and overwhelmed with daily questions and worries. This group coaching offers you understanding, empowerment and hope. The exchange with other parents who have similar experiences shows you that you are not alone.
We start with a knowledge impulse on the topic of ADHD: What happens in the brain? How do you feel as a parent? How is your child doing? What does your child need in order to deal with the challenges confidently?
You will then have the opportunity to discuss your own personal challenges from the participants' perspectives in an active, moderated discussion. In this active format, we rely on swarm intelligence and a wide range of solutions.
This makes it easier for you to give your child what they need: Understanding, clarity and security.
