Benefit from our many years of experience in educational work. Since our first childcare facility, Kids & Co. Back-up in Frankfurt, was launched in 1999, we have constantly expanded our range of services. We now operate over 90 childcare facilities throughout Germany, where a total of over 3,000 children are well looked after.

From pregnancy and birth to the child's adulthood - every phase has its beautiful aspects and challenges. Our team of social pedagogues, educators and parent counselors supports parents in every phase and takes the pressure off everyday professional and private life.

I am pregnant - what are the next steps? What applications do I need to make? How do I plan my return to work? The birth of a child brings with it a number of important tasks and decisions for parents. We provide detailed advice on all aspects.

Why is my child suddenly angry so often? Why have my child's grades deteriorated? Why is my baby not sleeping through the night? There are always phases in life with children that can be stressful. We support parents in understanding each phase of their child's development and accompanying them calmly and safely through it.

Off-the-peg offers? Not with us! Together with our clients, we develop individual solutions that make a difference. We are on site throughout Germany and have personal contacts for company representatives and employees. 

Starting school is an important event for every child and the whole family and raises many questions: Is my son ready for school? Which type of school is right for my child? Our pedagogical consultants support parents at all times - from the upcoming start of school to graduation and beyond.

How do we finance parental leave? What additional benefits are available for families? There is a wide range of financial state benefits for families that are not widely known. We provide detailed advice on all options and help with the application process. 

Family crises, challenging child behavior, stress and overload: our anonymous hotline is there for you in acute crises. Our experienced experts support parents in need around the clock, 365 days a year. Solution-oriented and absolutely confidential!

In our premium portal for employees, we provide essential information on our advisory services. Employees can use the e-services to independently search for childcare center facilities and schools, find suitable babysitters to ease the burden of everyday family life and have questions about parental leave, parental allowance and maternity leave answered by our chatbot. In addition, attractive offers from our cooperation partners such as tutoring and midwife services can be used.

To ensure that questions about applications for parental leave, parental allowance, child benefit or maintenance can be processed immediately, the parental advisors are available from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00.
The online form service can be booked for ad hoc questions, and a parental advisor is available virtually to answer questions about applications.
