With a large download area, video tutorials and e-coaching. Including individual start page with your employer logo. Optimized for all end devices. 

With the anonymous 24-hour hotline for psychological help, you can support your employees in acute crisis situations. The hotline is available around the clock, 365 days a year. Your employees will be advised exclusively by pme Familienservice experts with an additional qualification in systemic solution-oriented counseling.

Recognize obstacles, work out steps for change, develop new ideas for solutions: In our consultations and coaching sessions, we work according to the approach of solution-oriented counseling and support your employees in professional and private crises such as conflicts at work, psychological stress, parenting issues, addiction problems, financial emergencies and much more. We are certified in accordance with the guidelines of the German-speaking Association for Online Counseling (DGOB). 

We work together with parents to create sustainable childcare solutions. By providing childcare services in private households, childminders, au pairs, places in childcare facilities, vacation offers, schools, homework and tutoring or household help, working parents are relieved of childcare tasks. We have a pool of emergency caregivers and back-up facilities, especially for short-term needs!
 

You can find over 380 seminars, webinars, specialist lectures, workshops, advice centers, group coaching sessions and e-learning courses for parents and co-parenting family members at the pme Parents' Academy. The topics range from administrative procedures for parents-to-be and child development issues to dealing with school problems, puberty and career guidance. We offer our courses online or on site, and we are also happy to provide in-house training: whatever best supports your teams and employees. 

The Mindance app provides you with a platform for mental fitness and the prevention of mental illness for companies. To promote the mental health of your employees, "Mindance" offers a tailor-made complete package of digitalized training programs and workshops with certified coaches.
