Module 1: Role clarity and delegation. We shed light on your role as a manager and which tasks now fall within your remit - and which do not. You will learn how to consciously shape the transition from team member to manager and how to set new priorities.

Module 2: Closeness, distance and clear communication. This module is dedicated to the art of finding the right balance in dealing with your employees. We develop strategies on how to create trust while maintaining professional boundaries.

Module 3: Recognizing stumbling blocks and mastering them with confidence. Learn how to overcome typical management obstacles, whether it's dealing with former colleagues, resistance within the team or other difficult situations.
