This group coaching for chronically ill employees is about working together to overcome the challenges that a chronic illness brings with it in everyday working life.
Many of those affected live with long-term health restrictions and have to deal with their illness time and again - whether through regular medication or episodic symptoms. Particularly in the case of invisible illnesses, these are often not noticed or taken into account by others. We create space to share these experiences and develop new perspectives together in order to better deal with daily challenges, especially in a professional context.

This group coaching is aimed at people with chronic illnesses who are working and/or on their way back to work.

Afterwards, there is also the option of arranging two individual coaching sessions to address individual needs.
