In this group coaching session, you will use intuitive drawing as a conscious method to sort out thoughts, reduce tension and gain new clarity. Studies in neuropsychology show how visual forms of expression calm the nervous system and stimulate creative problem-solving processes. You will work with simple lines, shapes and colors using the neurographic method - not for a work of art, but in a process and for a piece of inner order that lets you feel again what really has meaning.
