Why archery is effective in relieving stress
Back problems, nervousness, and stress are everyday issues for many people, placing strain on both body and soul. Archery allows you to pause, focus, and let go. This brings your body and mind into harmony, helping you gradually find greater peace, strength, and inner balance.
The event will be accompanied by a stress coach from pme Familienservice, who will be on hand to provide valuable tips on how to deal with stress in a healthy way. If desired, the experience can be reinforced in individual coaching sessions—for a lasting effect in everyday life.
