Do you want to be king or queen of the day? Tim Ferriss, the inventor of the 4-Hour Workweek, tells us how to create the ideal conditions for a successful day: with a consistent morning ritual. Admittedly, the 5 tips take at least 20 minutes a day. But they really pack a punch. Because if you put more in in the morning, you'll get more out by the evening.

And this is how it works:

Mach Dein Bett! Dauer < 3 Minuten

When you make your bed, you have already overcome one challenge of the day, so it is easier to take on the next one, the one after that and so on.

   Meditate! Duration 10-20 minutes
If you are not yet experienced in meditation, a body scan is also sufficient - wandering through your body in your mind makes you wonderfully calm and, if you breathe deeply, fresh at the same time.

Zeig Körpereinsatz und wiederhole ihn mindestens 5 mal! Dauer < 1 min
This could be a push-up - the main thing is that you feel your body, which improves your mood and calms your mind.

Bereite Dir einen „Titanen“-Tee zu! Dauer < 3 min
Well, you can't buy titanium tea, so make yourself a green tea or pu-erh tea and let it steep for a minute or two. Refine it with one or two spoons of coconut oil and it will have a wonderfully creamy consistency!

Write it down! Duration 5-10 min.
In the morning, write down what you are grateful for and what you are looking forward to. In the evening, review what you have done: What surprised you about today and what could you have done to make it even better? We have put the questions into a handy PDF for you to fill in. You can download it here.

The only prerequisite for success: stick with it! This will create a foundation on which you can stand ever more firmly from day to day. Especially when things get turbulent around you. And if that's not enough for you: come to our MinZE or Fit for Change webinars!
