(Berlin, April 14, 2021) The pme Familienservice Group is delighted to welcome Mindance GmbH to its company. With the acquisition of the innovative start-up, Germany's largest work-life balance provider is focusing on forward-looking solutions and adding a digital everyday companion to its personal coaching and training services to strengthen mental health. The acquisition creates the best possible range of digital and analog mental health promotion services for customers.

Mindance App

Digital boost for occupational health management

Digital solutions for health prevention have been an important building block for sustainable occupational health management programs, and not just since coronavirus. For several years now, the pme Familienservice Group has been working on creating easily accessible offers to promote physical and mental health. With the innovative solution of the Mindance app, a competent partner has now been brought in. Their secret recipe includes the tailored use of digital tools and training programs, workshops and webinars. Since its foundation in 2017, the company has acquired well-known customers such as AOK Plus, Bosch and the German Football Association (DFB).

The app is an ideal addition to the personal coaching and training services offered by pme Familienservice. At the same time, pme's advisory services strengthen Mindance's digital prevention offerings, so that a complete blended coaching package can be put together.

Alexa Ahmad, Managing Director of the pme Familienservice Group, emphasizes: "The integration of Mindance GmbH strengthens our offering for occupational health management and our position as a digitalization pioneer in the field of social services. pme customers will benefit from digital training programs and workshops that they can use anytime and anywhere. As an all-in-one provider, our aim is to support the employees of our corporate clients in all areas by offering a comprehensive range of suitable services for all needs."

Mobile add-on solution to improve mental well-being

The combination of everyday digital support and personal human support has also convinced the two founders of Mindance, Lukas Stenzel and Robin Maier, and so pme Familienservice is delighted to announce the acquisition of Mindance GmbH after intensive negotiations.
Robin Maier, Managing Director of Mindance GmbH, emphasizes: "By working together with pme Familienservice , we can use the decades of experience of the work-life pioneer to place the topics in a focused way in the companies and influence them positively. In particular, the know-how of pme trainers and life coaches will be integrated into the app. In addition to on-site support, we offer a complementary digital solution in the form of the Mindance app. With pme Familienservice as a strong partner, our goal is to reduce the number of cases of mental illness in companies in the long term."

New "pme health" service pillar

With this step, pme is laying the foundations for the expansion of the new pme health service pillar. The app is also a valuable digital addition to the wide range of services offered by pme assistance and pme akademie. The aim is to strengthen all offerings through a blended learning and blended coaching approach in order to do justice to a hybrid future.

Like many other areas, the market for occupational health management will change enormously as a result of digital offerings. Through intelligent digital solutions, pme is proactively strengthening its own products. As an innovative, fast and flexible driver of ideas, Mindance will open up new opportunities for digital development and significantly advance suitable offerings from the pme Familienservice Group.
