Information on emergency care
The Familienservice-childcare centers "Schlosskinder" and "Bülowkids" in Stuttgart provide our cooperation partners with highly flexible childcare solutions. Employees of contractual partners who have purchased this service can fall back on our highly flexible childcare offer in times of shortage.
What should you do if regular childcare is suddenly canceled, e.g. due to illness of the caregiver, vacation closing times, strikes or restricted opening hours, and another short-term care option has to be found? For working parents, every last-minute change in the schedule is a challenge.
What short-term childcare solutions do you have, for example, for business trips, holiday cover, spontaneous appointments, seminars, or training courses?
We offer you the solution with our centrally located, child-friendly backup facilities, which are open all year round as needed. Care is provided by qualified educational staff in small groups. Children of all ages can be cared for by us at short notice and flexibly by the hour, over days, weekends, and even at night—in other words, around the clock—to supplement or temporarily replace regular care.
Before each use, we check whether you meet the necessary requirements. We collect the company-related data necessary for the request authorization and provide you with the information you need about backup care. We also recommend that you familiarize yourself with the facilities with your children before a childcare crisis arises. We offer trial days on the first Saturday of every month for this purpose.
