
In the "Healthcare, social services and care" category, pme Familienservice GmbH was able to maintain its second place from the previous year. In the overall cross-industry ranking, it achieved a total score of 182 points, placing it in the top 40.
Focus on cross-generational work and digital progress
As an employer of 2,000 employees, it is important to constantly develop and make work easier for all team members in a wide variety of areas.
The pme Familienservice Group has been focusing on the digitalization of its work structures for many years. Specially developed e-learning courses, digital training opportunities for all team members and the cloud-based Office 365 work platform enable location-independent and cross-team working.
The nemborn app has been in use at pme Lernwelten-childcare centers for many years. It supports and relieves the educational staff both in communicating with parents and in organizing their work.
