What strengthens mothers and fathers ensures corporate success
What about the compatibility of family and career?
In summer 2025, we surveyed more than 1,000 working mothers and fathers from companies with over 1,000 employees as part of a representative FORSA study. The aim was to make their different perspectives and needs visible and to derive specific recommendations for action for companies, politicians and society.
