Nobody consciously plans to become a single parent. But sometimes life presents us with this challenge and suddenly you find yourself as a single parent. A time full of new challenges and often uncertainties begins. We would like to encourage and strengthen you during this phase.

You are not alone! Whether you are a single mother or a single father, you are very welcome in this group coaching session. We start with a concise theoretical input on the question: "What changes in the course of a separation?". We will then go into an open exchange about our own experiences. You have the opportunity to submit your personal experiences in advance. In addition, this coaching offers a valuable platform for making new contacts and networking with like-minded people.
