After work - the epitome of freedom and relaxation! However, this does not apply to employees who look after or care for a close relative. In our counseling workshop, participants are encouraged to take care of themselves and develop sustainable solutions for their everyday working life.

People often suppress their own ageing or that of their parents. The seminar provides answers: For example, how can I help my parents stay mentally and physically fit? How do I recognize their actual need for help? How is legal provision regulated? And what can help if my parents' expectations are not compatible with my own private and professional plans?

Alternative forms of living are in vogue. Well thought-out adaptations to living spaces and clever assistance systems make up the "smart home" of the future. In our seminar, participants are given an overview of the possibilities of age-appropriate living and learn how they can make preventative provisions for themselves and their relatives.
