Bavarian Family Pact
The aim of the Family Pact is to further improve the compatibility of family and career in Bavaria and to support employers in implementing family-friendly measures.
The specially established service center and the portal www.familienpakt-bayern.de provide information on the benefits and implementation options of family-friendly HR policies.
For all questions relating to family-conscious HR policy, the service center is the central point of contact for companies and businesses of all sectors and sizes, for HR managers and representatives of initiatives and other stakeholders. It offers free initial advice in person or by telephone and provides a comprehensive range of information - on its online platform and at events.
The pme Familienservice has been a specialist advisor within the service center since 2017.
