Flow occurs when focus, enthusiasm, and inner calm come together. In this group coaching session, you will work with the flow model and discover which conditions support this state—realistically, in a way that is suitable for everyday life, and without quick promises. You will set small, easily implementable impulses that focus your attention and give you initial pointers on how to invite more ease into your everyday life. An evening that offers you orientation and gives you a gentle introduction to the topic of flow.

You will need: Writing utensils and colored pencils (crayons).
