Do you know the feeling that your day is just too short? Between training, vocational school, friends and free time, there's hardly any time to take a deep breath - and to-do lists sometimes make things worse rather than better?
This group coaching session for trainees is all about discovering your personal approach to time: how can you plan your tasks so that you feel less stressed? How can you find the right balance between work, learning and free time? And what is really important to you? Together we will look at how you can set priorities, concentrate better and deal with distractions. Here you can share your own experiences, learn from other trainees and take away tips that really suit your everyday life.
