Let's relax – progressive muscle relaxation in the morning

Topic:

In a pleasant and calm atmosphere, you will learn Edmund Jacobson's proven relaxation technique step by step. By deliberately tensing and relaxing individual muscle groups, you can release tension, reduce stress levels, and increase your general well-being. Progressive muscle relaxation is a simple and effective method that can be easily applied in everyday life.

How can you participate? Simply tune in, whether you prefer to sit in an armchair or lie on a yoga mat. It is important that you are comfortable (wear comfortable clothing) and have a quiet environment.

The event comprises four dates (September 4, September 11, September 18, September 25, 2026), enabling practical implementation and integration into everyday life.
