You’ll learn how to make the most of the pregnancy period to prepare, how your role as a man and partner is changing, and what opportunities this holds. You’ll learn how to be present and supportive for your child from the very beginning while also taking good care of yourself.

In the group, you’ll discover that you’re not alone with your questions and challenges. Exchanging ideas with other fathers gives you confidence, new perspectives, and practical knowledge for this transformative phase of your life.

The group coaching is aimed at expectant fathers and new fathers with babies up to one year old.
