In this group coaching session, you will learn how to gradually strengthen your own sense of humor through practical exercises. You will receive tips and tricks that you can immediately apply in your professional and everyday life to achieve greater ease. Humor coach Kirsten Hänle invites you to discover the opportunities and benefits of humor as a resource in your professional and everyday life. During this event, you will receive brief theoretical input. You will have the opportunity to try out various humor techniques and methods in practical exercises. We will work with specific case studies from your everyday life. It is not necessary to be particularly witty or funny for this event, but rather open-minded and curious.
